Terms & Conditions


Booking

In order for us to ensure you receive the best possible results please allow one week between booking the appointment and the consultation itself. Prior to the booking the fees will need to be settled in full. For more enquiries please call or email us.

Payment

Personal Life Stylist accepts payments by debit card, credit card or by direct bank transfer. When taking a payment by card we use an independant payment processing company called PayPal. There are a number of reasons for using PayPal but mainly as it protects you as a consumer. For more details please do not hesitate to contact us.

Cancellations

If you cancel an appointment less than 24 hours before the consultation is due to commence, you will lose the entire fee if we are unable to fill it. Cancellation of appointments 48 hours or more in advance will result in 50% of your fee being refunded.

Travel Expenses

Personal Life Stylist is a Bath based company which covers the whole Southwest surrounding area; however if you require our services outside the Bath and Bristol area travel expenses will be required. Travel expenses will be charged at 25p per mile and will be required before our appointment is due to start.
